yay! My training is complete! After 5months! My body is beach ready! :p hahaha! But haben reach the above picture standard lea!
Aiya don't need till that stage la, later wei xun cannot catch up. :p
Really happy finally my self promised, training i made 6months ago to get ripped is happening! Now think good enough le. Okok now can eat my fries alr!
